Agreement to Terms

Services

Endlezz Entertainment provides event services including, but not limited to:

  • DJ Services 

  • MC Services

  • Photobooth Rentals

  • Equipment Rentals

  • Party Enhancement Rentals

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to secure your event date

  • The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date (as outlined in your invoice or agreement)

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services

  • Payments can be made in full via website during the checkout process

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All deposits/retainers are non-refundable

  • Cancellations made within a reasonable timeframe may be eligible for partial credit at our discretion

  • If a client cancels close to the event date, no refunds will be issued

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability

  • If we are unavailable for the new date, the deposit remains non-refundable

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate event details

  • Ensure a safe and appropriate environment for equipment and staff

  • Provide access to necessary power sources and space for setup

  • Inform us of any venue restrictions or requirements

Equipment & Liability

  • Endlezz Entertainment is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, power outages, venue restrictions)

  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused to equipment by guests or attendees

  • We reserve the right to stop services if conditions are unsafe

Performance Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

  • There is unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior

  • Working conditions pose a risk to our staff or equipment

Media & Marketing

We may capture photos or videos during events for promotional purposes. By booking our services, you grant permission for us to use this content on our website and social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
