At Endlezz Entertainment, we take pride in delivering high-quality event services. Due to the nature of our business and the need to reserve dates and resources in advance, our refund policy is as follows:

Retainers / Deposits

  • All retainers or deposits are non-refundable

  • A deposit is required to secure your event date and services

  • Once paid, your date is reserved and removed from availability for other clients

Cancellations

  • If a client cancels their event, all payments made are non-refundable

  • In some cases, and at our discretion, a partial credit may be offered toward a future event

Rescheduling

  • We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests

  • Reschedules are subject to availability

  • If we are unavailable for the new date, all payments remain non-refundable

Final Payments

  • Final balances must be paid before the event date as outlined in your invoice or agreement

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services without refund

Service Interruptions

If Endlezz Entertainment is unable to perform services due to circumstances within our control, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the situation.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Power outages

  • Venue restrictions

  • Acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

  • A safe environment for our team and equipment

  • Proper venue access and setup conditions

Failure to meet these conditions may result in termination of services without refund.

Third-Party Services

Payments processed through third-party providers may be subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for processing delays or fees associated with those providers.
